DR. JILL RUBINSTEIN

Whether it is painful emotions, unhealthy relationship patterns or conflict, inability to tolerate distress, discomfort with being alone, addiction, suicidal ideation, or a struggle to be “perfect”, Dr. Jill Rubinstein provides numerous action steps so that you feel prepared and competent.
Dr. Jill Rubinstein brings a rich history in education and adult learning to her work as a DBT coach. Jill spent 15 years working in public education before transitioning to working in mental health. Her work has ranged from teaching elementary school to planning and facilitating professional development for hundreds of educators to working in a mental health and addiction treatment center.
Jill has presented on using DBT in schools at a national level and has seamlessly integrated her experience in the education system with her passion and knowledge of mental health skills.
Jill’s academic accomplishments speak for themselves. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, a Master of Arts from Colorado College, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Educational Equity at the University of Colorado in Denver.

Jill fervently believes in the inherent worth of all people – regardless of their past experiences. She is committed to shattering the stigma around mental health and is driven to provide all her clients with the skills needed to live a joyful life.
